Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

For our initial launch, processing times may vary slightly as we complete small-batch fulfillment. Most orders will ship within 3–7 business days after purchase.

During limited releases and seasonal launches (including Valentine’s), packaging for bottles or luxury boxes may vary slightly depending on availability. Any variations will not affect the quality, contents, or intended experience of the product.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
