Shipping policy

We ship within the United States.

Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum, no code.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is 5 to 8 business days after processing. Expedited service is offered at checkout on eligible items, at the rate the carrier quotes at the time of purchase.

Ritual matches are classified as flammable and cannot travel by air, so any order containing matches ships ground only. This is why the Limited Release Luxury Box is offered both with and without matches. If timing matters more than the matches, choose Without Matches and expedited service becomes available at checkout.

Gifting. Count back 10 business days from the day the gift needs to be in hand. That covers processing and standard delivery at their slowest. Order by dates for the current season are shown on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging on limited releases may vary slightly depending on availability. Variations never affect the contents, the quality, or the intended experience of the product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
