Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch production, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Grooming products, grooming tools, and curated gift boxes are not eligible for return once opened or used, as these items cannot be resold.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Approved returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
